BOQ's first real snowfall of the season just happened and it's safe to say, the holidays have now begun. We've got you covered and will keep you updated with all the winter holiday themed events going on this season. You can check these events out this weekend:

1. 20th Annual Belleville Santa Claus Parade - Bridge W & Sidney E, Belleville

Bring the kids or bring your friends. Either way, this event is a favourite tradition for all ages each year.

The parade will start at Bridge St. W & Sidney St. E, then continue to Front St. E, and will end at the Belleville Funeral Home on Front St. You can find the parade map here.

2. Santa's Coming For Breakfast - Quinte Mall

Saturday Nov. 17th at 9AM-10AM

This one is especially for the kiddos, but parents will definitely get some perks too. Not only does this event serve coffee and pastries to the adults in the crowd; moms and dads can also enter to win a 2-night family getaway at great Wolf Lodge. Sounds like a great reward for being surrounded by excited kids for an hour!

3. Christmas Light Tours - Belleville Farmer's Market

Nov. 17th at 6PM-7PM & 7PM-8pm & continues until Dec. 19th

The County Carriage Co. is offering guided Christmas Light Tours by carriage during the holidays starting this Saturday evening. Rides are 1-hour long and can take up to 15 people at once. The Guides will also offer you history of Belleville as you tour the city and take in the beautiful light show.

* Hot coco is recommended to enhance the Christmas feels *

4. Campbellford Farmers' Christmas Market - 53 Front St. South, Masonic Lodge, Campbellford

Saturday Nov. 17th at 9AM-2PM

The Trenton MFRC is holding their 5th Annual Christmas Marketplace this Saturday. There will be tons of holiday-themed products and crafts for sale along with a lunch sale that will support the Trenton MFRC Youth Centre. Come out for a good cause!

6. Winter Open House & Christmas Market - Dahlia May Flower Farm

Saturday Nov. 17th at 9AM-6PM

This one's for those who like tradition in its truest form. The greenhouse at Dahlia May Flower Farm will turn into an old fashioned European style Christmas Market this Saturday. Delicious pastries from The Bakery in Warkworth and the outdoor Scandinavian fires will even put the Grinch in a festive mood!

7. Wassail Weekends - Sugarbush Vineyards - 1286 Wilson Rd., Hallowell

Saturday Nov. 17th & Sunday Nov. 18th at 11AM-5PM

Calling all wine lovers! We know there's quite a few of you.

After a long season of grape growing, Sugarbush is ready to bury the vines! In celebration of that, they will be hosting a winter themed event this weekend with comfort foods like chili bowls and cornbread, mulled wine, Christmas gift ideas and... more wine!

Sugarbush staff will also be putting your vocal chords to the test this weekend as they are offering a free wine tasting for those brave enough to sing them a song.
